These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Ultra Host, a trading name of Agency IQ Limited ("we", "us", or "our"), registered in England and Wales (Company No: 11145891). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Nominet Tag Policy
By registering a domain name ending in .uk, you enter into a contract of registration with Nominet UK and Agency IQ Limited (trading as Ultra Host).

Domain Registration Terms
Ultra Host provides .uk domain registration at £10 + VAT per year.
- Domains are set to renew automatically for 2 years. An expiry notice will be sent in the form of an invoice generated 30 days prior to expiry
- Transfers out (tag change) are free of charge. Nominet will charge £10 + VAT for a registrant name change
- If you wish to cancel a domain at any time, please contact us and we will set the domain to expire at its next renewal date
Hosting Services
All hosting plans are subject to our fair usage policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are found to be in breach of our Acceptable Use Policy or that negatively impact service performance for other customers.
- All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated
- Hosting services renew annually unless cancelled prior to the renewal date
- Free setup is included with all hosting plans
Customer Service Level Commitment
Support and assistance is guaranteed within 48 hours during the business week.
- Office hours: Monitored 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
- Email received outside of office hours will be collected, however no action will be taken until the next working day
- Response times may vary during UK public holidays
Complaints & Appeals Procedure

We will send you an acknowledgement of your complaint within 48 hours of receiving it.
We will investigate your complaint and our Customer Support Manager will send you a detailed written reply, including suggestions to resolve the matter, within 7 days of the acknowledgement.
If you remain unsatisfied, you may request a review by one of the Company Directors. We will respond within 7 days confirming our final position. The Company Director's decision represents our final position within our organisation.
If you are unsatisfied with the outcome, you may at any time be able to escalate your complaint to Nominet.
Abuse Policy
If we become aware of abuse — either through our own monitoring or third-party notification — we reserve the right to suspend services pending investigation and resolution. Such abuse may include malware hosting, spam, unsolicited email, or other unspecified violations of acceptable use.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
